We ship worldwide using trusted fulfillment centers in the USA, Europe, and China, with all original artwork sent directly from Brazil. Almost every product ships free to the US, and shipping costs elsewhere vary by location and item. Delivery times depend on your order’s origin and destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and where your item ships from. Most orders to the US arrive within 5–10 business days, but international orders—or larger packages—can take up to 10 days or longer, especially if delayed by local customs. All original artwork is shipped from Brazil via DHL or FedEx for faster, secure delivery. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can request a change to your shipping address after placing an order, provided the order hasn't been processed or shipped yet. To do so, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details and the new shipping address. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer expedited shipping for all original artwork sent from Brazil, using DHL or FedEx for fast and secure delivery.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, just contact us and we’ll help you with the return process.

Can I return or exchange a commissioned product?

Commissioned pieces are made just for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged. I work with you closely through the whole creative process to capture your vision. Every custom artwork is one-of-a-kind, and while there may be subtle differences from the original concept, I pour everything into making sure your piece is something you’ll love and treasure.

Can I return or exchange regular products?

Yes, you can return or exchange regular products within 30 days, as long as they’re unworn, in the same condition, with tags and original packaging. You’ll receive full store credit for your return.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, simply contact us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We’ll send you clear instructions and a return authorization if needed. Please make sure the item is in its original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging included. Our team is here to assist and make your return as easy as possible.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns, you’ll cover the return shipping unless we made a mistake or the item is defective. We suggest using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind. When it comes to exchanges, we’ll handle the shipping for your replacement item.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Send us your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We’ll review your case quickly and work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement, repair, or full refund.
